Plug & Play harnesses for select vehicle applications allow you to integrate the F/IC with no additional wiring. Currently available for the Nissan 350Z, Acura RSX and Scion tC.
The Plug & Play EMS connects to a vehicle’s factory wiring harness and requires no additional wiring or hardware to operate. WindowsTM compatible AEMTUNER software allows tuners to program virtually any combination of engine control, power adders and auxiliary devices, and accurately delivers proper amounts of fuel and correct ignition timing for any boost level or operating condition. Available with optional built-in wideband UEGO controller module.
Our Universal EMS adapts to any vehicle using one of our flying lead harnesses and sensors (sold separately). In addition to the base features in our Plug & Play EMS, the Universal EMS includes 10 independent, built-in injector driver channels, directdrive ignition and dual wideband UEGO sensor controllers.
Available in 72” master harness configuration with built-in fuses and relays, and 24” configuration for creating a jumper harness to the Universal EMS from existing wiring.
AEM offers several sensor and Plug & Pin connector kits for vehicles that require additional outputs and/or upgraded hardware over existing sensors. Available sensors include boost/backpressure sensors, exhaust gas temperature (EGT) sensors, nitrous oxide/brake pressure sensors, UEGO replacement sensors, inlet air temp sensors (IAT), K-Type sensors and more. All sensors come with a three-wire mating connector with 12" leads for ease of installation.
The TRU-Boost Gauge-Type Controller is a complete boost control system that combines the simplicity of a manual controller with the ease of adjusting boost levels through the gauge interface. Includes on-board 29 PSIg sensor (75 PSIA optional), solenoid, built-in overboost protection, scramble boost and a low-side output for a warning light.
We combined our single-channel UEGO controller with a gauge interface for unsurpassed accuracy and ease of use. This unit is an ideal AFR monitoring tool for EFI and carbureted apps, and engine dynos. Gauge interface reads in AFR or Lambda via a switch (included faceplate change required), is accurate to 0.1 AFR and includes a 0-5v analog output for logging/feedback and RS232 serial data stream.
The Serial Datastream Gauge interfaces with our EMS to simultaneously monitor 19 outputs from EMS and record MIN/MAX values. It eliminates the need to buy multiple gauges for monitoring, and includes daisy chain adapters to spread channels across multiple gauges. The display is fully user programmable, including setting alarms and priorities for each channel.
